Sika Trocal Type A fleece was mechanically fixed to concrete using Sika Trocal laminated washers.  The Trocal laminated metals were mechanically fixed at all angles as well as to the perimeter.  The Sika Trocal Type S, 1.5mm thick, was solvent welded to the laminated discs as well as at laps to adjacent membrane and to the perimeter laminated metals ensuring the integrity of the roof.

On installation of single ply membrane, there may be bubbles of air like in some of these pictures.  Sika Trocal is pressure rolled so that when it is laid out or installed, the membrane contracts along the length only over a period of a few days, resulting in a smooth, tight finish.
