The roof garden was built up behind the tiled aspect of a domestic property. Some of the hidden area was intended to accommodate a plant room and the stairs down to the lower floors.  The walls were built up with plywood to which the fleece underlay was mechanically fixed using Sika Trocal washers.  The Sika Trocal membrane was then solvent welded to the washers for a smooth finish in slate grey
