Maincare Roofing & Building is one of the largest single ply membrane installers in the UK.

Maincare Roofing & Building Ltd offers free roof survey analysis and drainage evaluation, as well as straight forward quotations for repairs through to new roofs.

Maincare aims to offer a service that is second to none. With knowledge and expertise gained over a long career, we aim to offer competitive prices for the roofing solution that best suits your needs.

We have completed commercial, industrial, and a few domestic projects, the odd pond and even a roof garden from Newquay to Aberdeen and Ireland and can be competitive on any size of project anywhere in the UK.

We've built a solid reputation by consistently meeting our customer's objectives for cost, time and quality. Our performance has led to a long list of returning clientelle, like Bowmer & Kirkland, Stepnell Construction Ltd, Industrial Space Solutions, Gelder Ltd, Pave Aways and R A Edwards & Partners Ltd amongst others. We have worked on projects for most major supermarkets gaining an expert knowledge of live projects where it is imperative to keep the building functioning as usual for the duration of the works being carried out.

Maincare are licensed installers of Sika Trocal, Renolit Alkorplan and Fatra Liquid Systems which traditionally have been used as flat roof installations.

Labour

We only employ experienced and qualified installers to ensure projects are installed to a high standard and on time as well as to budget. We try to ensure that the labour is as local as possible and they are always recommended by the manufacturer’s technicians.

Materials

All the materials we install are straight from the manufacturer and are guaranteed as part of the system. We do not offer alternative cheap component alternatives. We want your 25 year guarantee to last 25 years.
